Cancer Moon

BY LYSZ FLO

Today I am
Soft shell crab

Recalling old homes
I no longer fit into

Letting go of the sandy remnants
of what love used to be

Sometimes making space
are salted wounds
Overflowing waters that expose your
sorrows in the sunlight

Tomorrow, there’s always tomorrow
