Within the hawk’s belly lies
the fox and her hundred arts
The obedient will survive
warns the foot soldier
The verdict isn’t in the fields
Calluses and slogans stuttered from the beginning
It was all a transaction
Joker’s in the wind
Having lost their henchman,
the girl himself, once an orphan, takes root
